That gives every holder, team or not, a real, ongoing financial incentive to hold instead of dump. That's a market mechanism, not a promise. Team wallets can buy or sell at any time, exactly like any other holder, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee otherwise.
ETH earned by team-held wallets may, at the team's discretion, be used to compensate contributors for their work on the project, alongside the map, marketing, tooling, and other growth costs.
