A forest takes a century to grow — and one afternoon to burn.

This season alone: hundreds of fire zones, over three million hectares burned, smoke pushing 100 million Americans under air-quality alerts. The Canadian Red Cross is on the ground today — $WOODCOIN routes 2% of its 5% trade tax to their Wildfire Fund, posted receipt by receipt.

How does the 2% holder reward work?

2% of the 5% trade tax is set aside for $WOODCOIN holders, to be paid in ETH from the rewards wallet on Robinhood Chain. Distribution runs on custom hook infrastructure that is still being built, so the share accrues today and payouts start once those hooks are live — we will say so publicly when the first one lands. It is funded purely by trading volume: it is not new supply, and it is not a promise of profit.

What's the buyback and burn?

The 1% platform fee goes to Coin Barrell, the launchpad partner — who have agreed to use it to buy $WOODCOIN back off the market and burn it. Every burn permanently shrinks supply, and every burn transaction is public on-chain.

Where does the charity money actually go?
